Joseph Rehu-Hahunga is a Māori actor of Ngāti Rangiwewehi and Ngāti Ranginui descent, based in the Bay of Plenty.

Joseph began his formal actor training at UNITEC Performing Arts, working with respected practitioners including Raymond Hawthorne, before returning to acting with a renewed focus on both stage and screen.

Recent work includes the title role in Macbeth, Enzo in the short film Bound, and Tom in Skin Tight. Alongside his professional work, Joseph continues to train extensively in advanced screen acting and stage and screen combat.

A grounded and experienced performer, Joseph brings a strong physical presence, maturity and depth to his work.
