Sophie is new to TMH, she began her performance career in school musical productions before continuing her training at TAPAC.

After living in Vancouver, Canada, she returned to New Zealand in 2025 and has since taken on lead roles in Peach Milkand Z Is Dead. Her previous screen credits include Sahar and Paloma Schneideman’s feature film Big Girls Don’t Cry.

In addition to her acting career, Sophie is a former professional equestrian with over 20 years of experience on horseback, bringing a unique physical skillset and a wealth of life experience shaped by living and working overseas.
